How to make Date and Coffee Milkshake in less than 20 minutes:

Date and Coffee Milkshake
- 1 Cup dates
- 2 Cup chilled milk
- 2 tsp instant coffee powder
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Sugar to taste
- Remove the seeds of dates. Chop them roughly.
- Soak dates in one cup of milk. Keep in the fridge overnight.
- Combined soaked dates, milk, cardamom powder and coffee powder in a blender ( buy it here ).
- Blend until smooth. Taste and add the sugar accordingly.
- Pour the milkshake into the serving glasses.
- Garnish with the chipped pistachio.
- Serve Date and Coffee Milkshake chilled.
