- ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt to taste
- 1 clove of garlic crushed/grated
Combine all ingredients except garlic in a food processor or blender and pulse until well combined and smooth.
Taste and adjust the seasoning accordingly.
Shake the dressing well before pouring over the salad.
- You can add finely chopped red chillies as well in this dressing.
This recipe yields approximately 1 Cup of salad dressing.
