Asian Dressing Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 clove of garlic crushed/grated


  • Combine all ingredients except garlic in a food processor or blender and pulse until well combined and smooth.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning accordingly.
  • Shake the dressing well before pouring over the salad.


You can add fine chopped red chillies as well in this dressing.
This recipe yields approximately 1 Cup of salad dressing.
