Green Goddess Dressing Recipe
It is one of the coolest and creamiest salad dressings. That is absolutely refreshing too.

Ingredients

Cup
fresh coriander leaves
¼
Cup
mint leaves

garlic clove
minced

cup
eggless mayonnaise
Juice of one lemon
Salt and black pepper to taste

tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Put all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend or pulse until you get an evenly smooth dressing, about 30-45 seconds.
Serve as a dip, or toss with salad greens for a dressing.
The dressing should last about a week in the fridge.
Notes
This recipe yields approximately 1 Cup of salad dressing.
