Cook Maggi Noodles according to package directions without the tastemaker. Drain and set aside.Combine soy sauce, sriracha sauce, vinegar and set aside.Heat oil in a shallow frying pan or wok.Add garlic and chili flakes. Stir-fry for 10 – 15 seconds.Next, add the chopped onion and fry for next few seconds.Add the chicken pieces and fry till they turn white in color.Add the sauce mixture, salt, Maggi tastemaker along with 1/4 Cup of water.Cook till the chicken is almost done. Add the broccoli and bell pepper. Stir fry for less than a minute.Now, add the boiled noodles and mix nicely. Turn off the heat.Serve Maggi Noodles Stir Fry garnished with roasted peanuts, spring onion, and lemon juice.
I have Maggi Chicken Flavor for the recipe but you can use any other flavor variant as well.
