- ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic crushed/grated
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix
Whisk mayo, cheese, garlic, and vinegar in a bowl.
Season with salt, pepper and Italian herbs mix.
Add the olive oil and whisk the dressing once again to mix nicely.
Taste and adjust the seasoning accordingly.
