Italian Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed/grated
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix

Instructions

  • Whisk mayo, cheese, garlic, and vinegar in a bowl.
  • Season with salt, pepper and Italian herbs mix.
  • Add the olive oil and whisk the dressing once again to mix nicely.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning accordingly.
