If somebody give me choice what you want to eat from entire South Indian cuisine than my answer is always same….Rawa Dosa. I never prefer regular Masala Dosa as my taste buds always crave for either Onion Rawa Dosa or Rawa Masala. In Chennai I tasted some of the best Rawa Dosas at Sarvana Bhavan and Sangeetha. Rawa Dosa is so light and crisp that even after having one full dosa you will not feel too much full instead you want to have more. After going through lot of recipes of different authors I finally zeroed down to this recipe and I must say if you follow this recipe step by step you will have perfect Rawa Dosa.
