Pea Paratha!!! Even I tasted this paratha first time after marriage at my husband’s place but it tastes really yum and you cannot taste that bland taste of peas. Peas are starchy, but high in fiber, vitamins, minerals and proteins. Nowadays peas are available all over the year so no need to wait for winters to get fresh peas and make these parathas. If you are using fresh peas for this recipe than you have to first boil them to make them soft as they are slightly on harder side unlike frozen peas, which are generally soft and get crushed easily. I am using frozen peas for this recipe as I find them easy to handle then the fresh ones.
